Thử áp dụng lần lượt các cách sau :
1/check for viruses on your PC!I ve heard about this email problem before!!
2/Try shutting down your computer, then turn back on & sign back in. This should fix it. If not, then up on the tool bar click on Tools, Internet Options, then click Delete under Browsing History.
3/ I am having the same problem, so it must be something to do with Yahoo. As usual, they are keeping it to themselves and not letting users know what is going on!
To work around the problem of blank incoming messages, on your Inbox page, right-click on the message you want to read, and choose "Save target as...." Save it to your desktop or wherever you want on your computer. Then right-click on the saved file, and choose "Open with...." Open it with Notepad or Wordpad. There is a lot of html code to hunt through, but the text of the message will be in there too, toward the bottom. Good luck!
