Có vài cách đễ chọn nhiều tệp tin hay folder .

There are several ways to select multiple files or folders.

1. Open the folder that contains the files or folders you want to select/ mở folder có chứa những tệp tin mà bạn muốn chọn . 

2 . Select the files or folders using any one of these methods/chọn những tệp này bằng cách dùng một trong những phương pháp sau :

a/To select a consecutive group of files or folders, click the first item, hold down the SHIFT key, and then click the last item/Để chọn một nhóm gồm những tệp tin liên tục , nhấp vào tệp đầu , giử phím shift , và nhấp vào tệp cuối . 

b/ To select a consecutive group of files or folders without using the keyboard, drag the mouse pointer to create a selection around the outside of all the items you want to include/ĐỄ chọn 1 nhóm gồm những tệp liên tục mà ko dùng keyboard , kéo mủi cũa chuột chung quanh những tệp mà bạn muốn chọn . 

c/ To select nonconsecutive files or folders, hold down CTRL, and then click each item you want to select/ĐỄ chọn những tệp ko liên tục , đè phím ctrl , và nhấp vào mổi tệp bạn muốn chọn .

d/ To select all of the files or folders, on the toolbar, click Organize, and then click Select All/Đễ chọn tất cã các tệp trong 1 folder , nhấp organize và select all .

 e/ To cancel the selection of individual items within a selected group, hold down CTRL, and then click the items that you don't want to include/ Đễ hủy bỏ  từng tập tin đã chọn trong một nhóm , giử phím ctrl , và nhấp vào những tệp mà bạn ko muốn chọn .
